Once upon a time, in a tiny kitchen in Brooklyn, a disenfranchised social worker decided to quit mucking about and take her show on the road. She traveled and cooked, cooked and traveled, all the while learning, teaching and growing. Now she’s returned to (just a little south of) where she started and she’s ready to show everyone how to Eat Real Food and Live Real Life.
